We are representing a dynamic and expanding national civil litigation and business law firm with offices across California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and Texas. The firm is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its Irvine, CA office. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
- Handle legal research, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to business and legal goals.
- Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents.
- Maintain high professional standards while working with autonomy and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed to practice in CA
- Licensed to practice in TX is a PLUS
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (business litigation or construction defect)
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable managing deadlines and caseloads in a busy work environment
- Highly organized, responsive, and committed to client service
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $110,000 – $180,000/year, commensurate with experience
