Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

2–7 years of commercial real estate finance experience at a top-tier law firm

Experience handling mortgage and mezzanine financings

Familiarity with loan syndications, participations, and intercreditor arrangements

Experience with real estate investment and financing structures

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding academic credentials

Admission to the New York Bar required

Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $235,000 – $420,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structures. The firm also offers a robust benefits package for attorneys and employees.
