What Youโll Do
- Provide strategic counsel on commercial real estate transactions, title matters, underwriting issues, and related documentation.
- Spot and resolve complex title, survey, and transactional hurdles before they become roadblocks.
- Draft, review, and interpret agreementsโpurchase contracts, leases, easements, loan documents, and more.
- Partner with internal departments, outside counsel, and external stakeholders to drive smooth, compliant closings.
- Deliver business-focused, practical advice that supports company initiatives and mitigates risk.
What You Bring
- J.D. and active U.S. license to practice.
- 3โ8 years of commercial real estate experience (bonus points for title, underwriting, or heavy transactional exposure).
- Strong writing, analytical instincts, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-forward mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Compensation, Schedule & Perks
- Base Salary: $130,000โ$150,000 (DOE)
- Schedule: True 9:00 a.m.โ5:00 p.m. | ~40 hours/week
- Hybrid: A few in-office days weekly
