This firm has recovered millions of dollars for thousands of employees across California, and they’re not slowing down. To support continued expansion, they’re seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Referrals to take ownership of one of the most critical drivers of firm growth: referral strategy and relationship management.

You’ll work closely with Operations Leadership, Business Development, attorneys, and pre-litigation teams, acting as the connective tissue that turns strong relationships into sustained results.
What You’ll Own

End-to-end leadership of the firm’s referral program—from strategy to execution

Design, implement, and continuously improve referral workflows, tracking, and reporting

Strengthen partner engagement, onboarding, and long-term relationship health

Serve as the primary liaison between referral partners and internal teams

Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Build training materials and coach team members on best practices

Supervise and mentor referral department staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture

Identify high-value referral sources and advise leadership on new partnership opportunities
Who Thrives in This Role

3 years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations, ideally in a legal, professional services, or client-facing environment

Proven success managing relationship-driven programs (referrals, partnerships, pipelines, or client intake)

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute and iterate

Excellent communicator who’s comfortable working across teams and senior leadership

Highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented

Experience managing or mentoring team members is a strong plus
