The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies and their investors, with strong experience in venture capital and general corporate matters.
Responsibilities:

Handle sophisticated venture capital financings, liquidity events, and other corporate transactions.

Counsel high-growth companies and leading investors on a broad range of strategic and general corporate matters.

Work alongside a nationally recognized team representing some of the market's most prominent emerging and high-growth companies.
Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies.

Strong experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events.

Salary: $260,000-$390,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
