Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on labor and employment matters and develop employment policies.

Manage labor and employment litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, and file responsibility.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other documents.

Build and maintain strong client relationships; candidates with portable business or a track record of client acquisition are preferred.

Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of labor and employment experience.

Strong academic credentials.

Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $160,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE)
