Qualifications:

6 years of experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex debt finance transactions

Substantial experience negotiating and drafting credit agreements, commitment letters, term sheets, issue lists, security documents, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions, and related financing documentation

Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence teams, coordinate with internal and external specialists, and manage matters with minimal supervision

Strong academic credentials

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with applicable law, the expected salary range for this position is $305,000–$325,000, with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience. Associates are also eligible for an hours-based bonus.
