Debt Finance Sr. Associate - Los Angeles

The role involves representing both lenders and borrowers in sophisticated, complex debt financing transactions. Attorneys in this practice handle a wide range of high-level transactional matters and work closely with experienced deal teams on market-leading financings.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex debt finance transactions

• Substantial experience negotiating and drafting credit agreements, commitment letters, term sheets, issue lists, security documents, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions, and related financing documentation

• Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence teams, coordinate with internal and external specialists, and manage matters with minimal supervision

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with applicable law, the expected salary range for this position is $305,000–$325,000, with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience. Associates are also eligible for an hours-based bonus.
