Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate M&A and transaction documents
- Work on venture capital and angel investment deals
- Support deal execution and corporate transactions
- Advise clients on general corporate matters
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of corporate/M&A experience
- Experience with venture capital or private equity preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Nevada Bar admission required
Compensation & Benefits
- $185,000 – $225,000 base salary bonus
