Corporate (Health Care Regulatory) Associate (4–6 Years) – Multiple Offices

Direct Counsel is representing a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its health care transactions practice across multiple offices. This role is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience, particularly those interested in building or expanding expertise in health care M&A and regulatory-driven transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Support and lead components of health care-focused mergers and acquisitions

Draft and negotiate transaction documents and corporate agreements

Assist with deal structuring, strategy, and closing processes

Coordinate health care-specific due diligence with regulatory teams

Work directly with physician owners, private equity sponsors, and health care operators

Advise on the formation and structuring of MSOs, group practices, and provider-affiliated entities
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

4–6 years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A

Exposure to health care transactions or a strong interest in the sector

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Active bar admission in the state where the position is based
