Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience, including substantial hands-on work with:
- E-discovery
- Document review and production
- Trial preparation
- Trial attendance and support
- File and calendar management
- Legal document drafting and correspondence

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, summarize, and index documents from multiple sources
- Support e-discovery workflows and document productions
- Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and hearing binders
- Prepare drafts of legal documents, correspondence, and case materials
- Maintain responsibility for:
- Matter files
- Calendars
- Deadlines
- Meetings
- Case logistics
- Attend and support client meetings, case strategy sessions, and trial proceedings
- Conduct factual research and compile case-related data
- Assist with special projects and litigation support initiatives as assigned
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and administrative records
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Prior experience with:
- E-discovery
- Document production
- Trial preparation
- Trial support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compensation
Hourly range: $52.00 – $78.10
