Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of commercial or civil litigation experience

California Bar License in good standing
-
Strong working knowledge of state court litigation filings, service procedures, and civil procedure

Trial experience (2 years required)

Proficiency in legal tech tools such as WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, and Essential Forms preferred

Familiarity with bankruptcy law is a plus

Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
