The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience at a sophisticated large or mid-sized law firm, with broad transactional experience across equity capital markets (ECM) and debt capital markets (DCM), including cross-border transactions. Candidates should have experience with public and private equity and debt securities offerings, representing issuers, investors, and underwriters, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance.

Qualifications:

4–6 years of experience at a sophisticated large or mid-sized law firm.

Broad experience across equity and debt capital markets transactions, including cross-border matters.

Salary Range: $310,000–$495,000, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
