Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of business, commercial, and/or construction litigation experience to join a global law firm in its Naples office. This is an opportunity to work within a nationally regarded Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
Responsibilities

Manage cases from inception through conclusion.

Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and client communications.

Draft research memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.

Conduct and manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.

Prepare for and conduct depositions; argue motions.

Prepare for, assist in, and conduct hearings and trials.

Support business development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

3–7 years of business, commercial, or construction litigation experience.

Strong experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.

Excellent legal research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
