This executive will oversee all departments—sales, procurement, quality, operations, and finance—ensuring cohesive cross-functional alignment. The President is responsible for maintaining DCI's commitment to solving complex supply chain problems and delivering quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction at the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement short- and long-term business strategies aligned with market trends and customer demands across aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, and industrial sectors
- Operational Oversight: Lead all internal functions to ensure operational efficiency, adherence to ISO9001, AS9120, AS6081, & ESD standards, and achievement of business goals
- Financial Stewardship: Drive fiscal responsibility, revenue growth, PPV reduction strategies, and healthy working capital utilization, including excess inventory monetization
- Quality & Compliance: Champion a company-wide culture of compliance and continuous improvement, enforcing quality, counterfeit mitigation, and export regulation adherence
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Deepen strategic partnerships across the global supply chain and with OEM/EMS customers; represent DCI at key industry engagements and customer meetings
- Innovation & Growth: Evaluate emerging technologies and market shifts to identify opportunities for innovation, services expansion, and strategic partnerships
Qualifications:
- 15 years of executive leadership experience in electronic component distribution or high-tech supply chain environments
- Proven experience managing a multi-million-dollar P&L with demonstrated growth results
- Expertise in navigating compliance-heavy industries (Aerospace, Defense, Automotive)
- Deep understanding of sourcing, procurement, and inventory management for active/passive components
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field; MBA preferred
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, industry experience, and educational background.
