What We’re Looking For In a Candidate
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with financial compliance and local reporting requirements
- Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes
- Assist with internal audits, compliance reporting, and financial documentation
- Ensure all financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies and GAAP
- Accuracy and consistency of financial records
- Timely processing of invoices and payment collections
- Efficiency in reconciliation and monthly close
- Responsiveness to internal and external financial inquiries
- Compliance with financial regulations and reporting timelines
