The Impact You Will Make
As a Success & Growth Assistant, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and the glue that holds our operations together.
- Cultivate Connections: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy, helping customers navigate their broadband journey.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Educate customers on high-end solutions like managed routers, Arlo security cameras, and mobile services to enhance their digital life.
- Master the Details: Coordinate installations and maintain meticulous CRM records to ensure a seamless "Broadband-in-a-Box" experience.
- Represent the Brand: Step out into the community at outreach events to share our mission and acquire new fans of our service.
- Analyze for Excellence: Produce KPI reports that help us make strategic decisions to improve the customer experience.
Who You Are
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration (Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic broadband troubleshooting.
- Self-Motivated & Accountable: You take ownership of your work, admit mistakes, and are always looking for ways to contribute to the team’s success.
- Emotionally Intelligent: You read situations well, communicate with tact, and can handle objections with grace.
- Local Roots: Located in or near Rockland or Chubbuck, Idaho, with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle..
