Requirements
What You'll Do as a Parts Counterperson:- Assist with ordering, receiving, verifying, and tracking automotive parts throughout the collision repair process.
- Ensure parts are accurate and available to support timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
- Maintain organized parts inventory and accurate documentation.
- Work closely with the Parts Manager, technicians, and collision center team to coordinate parts needs.
- Utilize inventory management systems, including CCC ONE, to track parts and maintain records.
- Assist in maintaining department efficiency and gross profit margins.
- Follow established procedures for parts handling, returns, and inventory management.

- Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
- Previous automotive parts experience and knowledge of collision repair parts and processes required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency required; CCC ONE experience preferred.
- Ability to safely handle and move automotive parts of varying sizes.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
