What are the responsibilities and job description for the English/Spanish Bilingual Onsite Supervisor position at Direct Clean Service Solutions?
Daily Responsibilities And Tasks:
- Manage supplies inventory. (Do weekly inventory of the supplies )
- Daily Inspection on cleaning and maintenance of the building.
- Be able to address client requests, concerns and projects as required related to cleaning and maintenance of the building.
- Complete work orders assignments.
- Initiate projects to improve the cleaning condition and overall appearance of the building.
- Manage and supervise a team of 10 people (maintenance employee and cleaners)
- Participate and conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the team.
- Daily communication with employees.
- Provide daily reports to the management.
- Must be able to work some weekends if needed
Qualifications:
- Three years janitorial/housekeeping experience.
- Associate degree or certificate in management or related field of study a plus.
Pay: $23.50 per hour
