What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Engineer position at Direct Clean Service Solutions?
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES· Conduct visual inspections of boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and facility finishes.· Perform carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical and mechanical installations and repairs.· Assemble furniture and fixtures.· Disassemble, demolish and discard work area items.· Paint indoors and outdoors.· Maintain and organize shop and storage areas.· Setup tables, chairs, risers, etc. for events.· Perform general outdoor grounds work. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma. Experience: One year of engineering maintenance experience. Specific Skills: Painting, Carpentry, Light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Basic knowledge of boilers/HVAC and basic computer skills. Certifications/Licenses: Trade school certifications are a plus.
