What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced MCA / Cash Advance Closer - Brooklyn, NY position at Direct Cash Group?
Experienced MCA Closers, Brooklyn
If you are good, the only thing standing between you and a bigger month is everything that is not closing. We took all of that off your plate.
You do not shop your own files
This is the part most reps do not believe until they see it. When a file comes in, the owners of the company shop it. Not you. Not a junior processor. The people whose name is on the door, sitting in the same office as you, working your deal through our lender network by API.
You do not chase submissions. You do not sit on hold with an underwriter. You do not lose an afternoon emailing eleven lenders to find out where a file lands. You close the merchant, hand off the file, and get back on the phone.
The lender bench
We have been building lender relationships since 2017. Not a handful, the full bench, including the ones that matter when a file is tough.
This market has never been more competitive, and a lot of shops simply do not have every lender they need. If you have ever lost a deal because your shop could not place it, you know what that costs you. That does not happen here.
The tools, and everyone gets them
Every rep gets the full setup on day one. We do not save it for the top two guys.
- Our own CRM, built in-house. It is more advanced than anything else in this industry. If you have worked on an off-the-shelf MCA CRM, you know how much of your day it steals. That stops here.
- A system that builds your call list every morning. Who to call today, why, and the full history on the screen. No digging through a spreadsheet trying to remember who you promised to call back.
- Tested outreach, ready to send. Call, email and text sequences already written for each situation, whether the merchant declined, went quiet, or funded with us two years ago. One click and you are back on the phone.
- Click-to-call and automation on everything else. The admin that eats half a rep's day is handled.
Leads
Provided. Real inventory, not self-gen:
- Our own funded book, merchants who already took money from us and are due back
- Merchants who applied with us before and never funded, so they know the name when you call
- Automated Texting
- UCC data
Syndicate on our own paper
We fund in-house, and our closers can syndicate on deals alongside us.
Most shops cannot offer this because they do not fund their own paper. Here, once you are established, you have the option to put your own money into deals you believe in and participate in the return, on top of your commission. You already know the merchant, you saw the statements, you know the file. Now you can back your read on it.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role.
Your split is yours to raise. The more independently you run, the higher it goes. A closer who takes a file start to finish without pulling management in earns a bigger piece than one who needs a hand on every deal. That is not a penalty, it is the ceiling coming off for people who have proven they do not need supervision.
No surprises and no moving goalposts.
What we are looking for
- Proven merchant cash advance or business funding sales experience, with funded volume you can speak to specifically
- Comfortable on the phone at real volume, all day
- Confident enough in your own closing to work commission only. If you need a salary to feel safe, this is not your seat.
- In our Brooklyn office five days a week. Not hybrid, not remote, not negotiable. Everyone is in the room together and that is on purpose.
Plug and play
Walk in, sit down, start closing. Leads are waiting, the tech is built, the lenders are in place, and the files get shopped for you.
To apply
Send your resume with a short note on your funded volume over the last twelve months and where you did it. We reply same day.
