Roadrunner Services is hiring a dependable Auto Auction Porter to support vehicle operations during auto auction sale days, primarily jump-starting vehicles by using a jump box. This indoor/outdoor position is responsible for jump-starting vehicles using portable jump boxes and ensuring inventory is ready for sale.
Responsibilities:
Wednesday 2pm until 6pm
Roadrunner Services at the Manheim Auto Auction Location

(no walk-ins, initial interviews by phone, visits/in person interview by appointment only, secured location)

Responsibilities:
- Jump-start vehicles using a portable jump box.
- Respond quickly to vehicles needing battery assistance.
- Help keep auction operations running smoothly and on schedule.
- Work safely outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety focused.
- Automotive or auto auction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for minimum of 4 hours for duration of the auto auction sale.
- Ability to lift hoods and operate latches
- Ability to lift up to 50lb jump box repeatedly if mobile jump box is unavailable.
- Marijuana use or impairment is prohibited while driving or on assignment, regardless of legality or medical authorization**
Wednesday 2pm until 6pm
- Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check-in and security procedures
