Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate the benefits of various models.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting products and services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Manage and respond to all incoming leads- phone ,online, walk-ins, and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with sales management practices is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to outbound sales efforts is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Estimated earnings $60,000–$100,000 annually (commission-based, performance dependent)
