Direct Auto Insurance is an Allstate Business that requires a Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth and attainment of business goals. This role involves selling insurance and ancillary products, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and building relationships with customers and community contacts. The successful candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, P&C licensing (preferred), and be able to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance and ancillary products to walk-in customers and via marketing calls
- Build and retain a book of business within the market/retail location
- Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base
- Monitor key competitors and suggest initiatives to improve company position in the marketplace
- Work with Direct Sales Leadership to plan and implement marketing and sales processes
