Availability:
• Day, night, weekday, and weekend hours are available
• Set your schedule directly with your client
• Clients are available immediately
Required Documentation:
• Clear ACHA Level 2 Background Screening
• Auto Insurance
• Negative TB Screening Results or Chest X-Ray (less than 12 months old)
• Physical/Statement of Good Health (less than 12 months old)
• Accredited CPR Certification
• Alzheimer's Training Certificate
• HIV/AIDS Training Certificate
• Assistance with Self Medication Certificate
