Reporting to the VP, Client Services and Growth, the Senior Account Manager, Performance Brand Marketing is responsible for leading client relationships and driving the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of integrated media campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance-driven brand marketing, with experience connecting upper-funnel brand awareness to measurable business outcomes across Linear TV, CTV/Streaming, digital, YouTube, retargeting, retail media networks and emerging media channels. This person should be comfortable using data to tell a clear story, identify optimization opportunities, and translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations.

The successful candidate is a proactive, strategic, and creative thinker who stays current on media trends, performance marketing innovation, audience behavior, attribution, AI, and the evolving video landscape.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships while serving as a trusted strategic partner and primary agency contact.
  • Leading the development and execution of integrated media campaigns focused on both brand growth and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Owning campaigns from strategy, ideation, planning, creative coordination, implementation, reporting, optimization, billing, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partnering with internal media teams to develop performance brand strategies across Linear TV, CTV/Streaming, digital video, YouTube, retargeting, retail media networks and other relevant channels.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations tied to client KPIs, ROI, CPA, response, reach, frequency, traffic, sales, and other business metrics.
  • Using data, research, competitive insights, and analytics to guide decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Developing clear, compelling client-facing reports, wrap reports, performance summaries, and presentation decks that connect media activity to business results.
  • Managing client budgets, media projections, forecasts, billing, invoicing, and expenditure tracking.
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are met on time, on budget, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Linear & Digital Media, Strategy, AdOps, Accounting, Analytics, and Business Development teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through new channels, expanded budgets, testing strategies, and improved performance recommendations.
  • Supporting new business RFP’s and pitches by contributing strategic media thinking, performance marketing insights, category research, and client-ready presentation materials.
  • Staying current on media trends, technology, AI, measurement, attribution, consumer behavior, linear, CTV/streaming, digital, retail media networks and performance brand marketing best practices.
  • Representing Diray Media at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities when appropriate.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of account management experience, preferably within a media agency, performance marketing agency, brand marketing team, or DTC-focused environment.
  • Strong experience in performance brand marketing, with the ability to connect brand-building media activity to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with Linear TV, CTV/Streaming, digital advertising, YouTube, retargeting, retail media networks and full-funnel media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, media KPIs, ROI, CPA, reach/frequency, response metrics, web traffic, sales impact, and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify insights, and turn results into clear optimization recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage both strategic and executional responsibilities.
