Diray Media is looking for a Senior Digital Media Manager to join our small but mighty performance marketing team to drive the planning and execution of paid digital media campaigns. This position is a hands-to-keys role in developing strategy and executing digital media across paid search, paid social, programmatic display and OTT/CTV. We are looking for an individual with a passion for testing and learning and optimizing to deliver best-in-class campaign strategy and drive results for our clients. This person must be organized, well-spoken and have leadership qualities. Must be a team player willing to provide support where client needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, such as: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok, and various 3rd party DSPs for execution of programmatic display, CTV/OTT and digital audio
- Drive online and in-store traffic and sales to meet marketing objectives
- Manage the day-to-day campaign set up and management, ensuring weekly budget pacing and KPIs are being met
- Develop all search ad copy and social creative using Facebook Ads Manager, Canva and other 3rd party creative platforms
- Provide ongoing performance analysis and growth plans identifying new audience segments, testing opportunities, and optimizations
- Participate in new business development, initiatives, and RFP fulfillment
- Collaborate with a team of digital media buyers and integrated account executives on campaign strategy and launches, ensuring effective client communication and deadlines are being met
- Bring innovative thinking, ideas and industry trends to the team and to our clients
- Keep an eye on emerging trends, especially related to programmatic and CTV/OTT, sharing learnings and supporting both internal and external trainings
Qualifications
- 5 years professional, relevant experience and at least 3 years of direct, hands-on digital media planning and buying experience
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic platforms (Display, Online Video, OTT/CTV) and Google Analytics
- Analytical and strategic thinker comfortable with measuring campaign performance, finding areas of opportunity using existing data, and translating this to actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong marketing sense and ability to put together client presentations, wrap up reports, and overview/training materials
- Self-starter with good follow through; able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once
- Strong problem solver with clear attention to detailAbility to clearly communicate with internal and external teamsAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Highly organized
- Ability to take direction and turn top-level strategy into actional plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with DR and D2C clients is a plus!
