What You’ll Do
• Create visually compelling digital content for social media, website, presentations, and marketing materials
• Design brochures, banners, product visuals, email creatives, and exhibition materials
• Develop short-form videos, reels, and basic motion graphics for digital platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant B2B channels
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Translate technical and manufacturing concepts into clear, engaging visual content
• Support product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns with creative digital assets
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, design efficiency, and workflow productivity
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Design experience (Canva, Figma)
• Videography/photography experience
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics
• Ability to convert technical information into engaging and professional visuals
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
• Attention to detail and brand consistency
Nice To Have
• Experience working in a B2B in a relevant industry (manufacturing/aerospace/defense/automotive/industrial)
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and automation platforms
• Exposure to branding projects or rebranding initiatives
• Experience supporting trade shows or corporate events
