Marketing Coordinator
Diptyque- Luxury Fragrance House has established itself as one of the leading, innovative brands in the home and personal fragrance market today. We are recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of the brand in North America. The ideal Marketing Coordinator is energic, organized, innovative, resourceful, and a great team player supporting the omnichannel marketing team with a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of the annual marketing plans for the US and will be a strong partner in a larger marketing team.
GENERAL MARKETING
- Support day-to-day marketing initiatives and tasks of our omni marketing team
- Assist in logistics & execution of 360 launch plans and brand activations, animations, and events in wholesale and retail for product launches & new doors
- Maintain and cascade educational materials, guidelines, event information and allocation information to wholesale, retail & PR teams
- Partner with cross functional teams on execution and coordination of marketing meetings and events, support team with meeting preparation, including product sourcing, deck preparation/formatting and setup
- Assist in budget management and reconciliation; invoice tracking, vendor set up and communication
- Support communication to the field teams and maintain our internal SharePoint
- Research, compile & provide key competitive insights on product launches, brand initiatives, and activations for strategy decks and business reviews
- Comp planning and product ordering for retailer needs and presentations
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc analysis requests
- Work with wholesale & retail teams to gather sales data & product feedback details post launch and organize into launch summary
- Support education team with training logistics, material, product ordering, and venue recommendations
- Assist corporate team in event planning for both retail and wholesale including store openings, hallmark events, and holidays
- Build eventing strategy by door: working with field team to understand best in class events and bring them back to marketing teams to create plans
VISUAL MERCHANDISING PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Assist VM team to facilitate needs/creative for wholesale doors. Track and share details with field teams.
- Support opening of new wholesale doors
- Update and maintain visual merchandising project status tracker
