Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
* Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated environment
* Share product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring way
* Support omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your -Service program
* Recommend products based on client preferences and brand expertise
* Achieve individual and boutique sales goals
Client Relationships
* Build and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreach
* Use digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clients
* Take initiative to grow business beyond the boutique
Boutique Operations
* Support daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness
* Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures
* Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
Team Collaboration
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
* Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional service
* Communicate effectively and support team goals
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection
* Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
