Dipsol of America seeks a dedicated and experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our technical support team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding technical service while maintaining compliance with all industry regulations and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations and performance of the technical service team.
- Gather, organize, and maintain customer-related technical documents and reports.
- Ensure that timely and high-quality technical support is provided to all customers.
- Guide team members on the purpose and goals of the technical service department.
- Develop strategies for efficient, effective customer service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical and internal departments.
- Work closely with customer service and operations teams on shipments, inventory, and quality control.
- Report performance metrics and field updates to the Technical Director.
- Seek and implement continuous improvements for processes and the work environment.
- Coordinate as needed with the sales manager and sales team.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a technical support or supervisory role.
