Shifts (All shifts are made based off of the current mall hours) :
Monday- Saturdays:
10am-3pm
3pm-8pm
Sundays:
11am-3pm
3pm-7pm
11am-7pm
Position Overview
As a Kiosk Attendant, you’ll be the face of Dippin’ Dots: greeting customers, answering questions, and serving delicious treats with great customer service. You’ll also handle cash register operations, manage transactions, and keep the kiosk neat and inviting.
Please note: schedules vary week to week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, friendly, and energetic service to all customers
- Operate the cash register, manage transactions, and balance the drawer
- Complete nightly deposits and reconciliation of cash/change box
- Maintain a clean, organized kiosk and ensure signage is properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries about products
- Follow nightly closing and cleaning checklists
- Adhere to corporate cash‑handling procedures and POS guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Must be articulate, outgoing, friendly, and professional in appearance
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work independently (note: shifts are solo; training provided before first shift)
- Flexible availability including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $10.00 per hour
