Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschoolers preparing them for their next level of education including Kindergarten.
- Manage classroom activities to promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to support positive behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve teaching methods.
Qualifications:
- Classroom management
- Childcare experience
- Lesson planning skills
- Early childhood education background
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
