We are currently looking for an EEC Infant Educator. As an Infant Educator, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children ages 2 months to 15 months. Reporting to the Early Childhood Education Director, you will utilize your core skills in classroom management and childcare to create engaging environment geared toward infants and ensure the well-being of each child. Your expertise in curriculum development and classroom experience will enhance the learning experience, while your strong communication skills will facilitate effective interactions with parents and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging activity plans that foster early childhood development and learning for infants.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a caring environment for infants.
- Provide individualized attention to infants to support their unique learning needs and promote effective communication.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss infants progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all infants in the classroom.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with infants and parents
- Proven experience in classroom management and childcare
- Background in early childhood education with infant experience
- Ability to develop and implement curriculum tailored infants
- Demonstrated classroom experience and a passion for fostering child development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
