Nanny and Babysitter

Job Overview
We are seeking a caring and responsible Nanny to provide attentive childcare for 2 children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, especially toddlers, and preschool-aged kids, and possess the skills necessary to support their development. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on a child's growth while ensuring their well-being through engaging activities and attentive care.

Duties

• Provide attentive childcare tailored to the needs of our children, including our toddler, and preschooler.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary requirements
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light cleaning related to childcare duties
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during caregiving activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience with children, including toddlers, and preschoolers
• Knowledge of childcare best practices, including child development and safety standards
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
• Strong caregiving skills with patience, compassion, and attentiveness
• Previous nannying or babysitting experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and children
• Ability to handle light cleaning tasks related to childcare duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.47 - $25.86 per hour
