Dip N Clip Boarding & Daycare is a small, professional, and fast-moving pet care facility dedicated to providing top-quality care for every dog we serve. We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate Kennel Assistant who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys being around dogs.
What You’ll Do
- Care for dogs of all sizes in a safe, clean, and structured environment
- Feed, water, and exercise dogs according to established routines
- Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and feeding spaces
- Monitor dog health and behavior, reporting any concerns promptly
- Assist with basic bathing and grooming as needed
- Support smooth drop-offs and pick-ups by providing friendly customer service
Work Environment
- Hands-on work with dogs (indoor and outdoor)

Schedule & Availability
This role requires availability during our busiest care times, including:
- Afternoons and early evenings
- Weekends and holidays
- Short evening shifts (approximately 1 hour)
Flexible scheduling is available, but reliability during these peak times is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience with dogs or animals is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
