Immediate Hire – Full Time Mechanical Engineer (Boca Raton)

Dioxide Materials is helping to fight global warming by converting CO₂ from a waste product to a valuable commodity. We are offering a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This position is ideal for a current student or recent graduate in mechanical engineering.

As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in developing new devices that help recycle CO₂ and prevent global warming. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing components for our CO2 recycling devices using SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Simulating fluid flow and stress to analyze and improve device performance.
• Developing manufacturing processes for our devices.
• Building and testing prototypes to measure their performance.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the US, and pass a background check with no issues.
• Experience with SolidWorks, SolidWorks simulation express or equivalent design software (Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) recommended).
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
• Must interact professionally with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Machine shop experience and equipment fabrication experience.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
