Job Title: Personal Support Specialist (PSS)
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends Required

Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and reliable Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to join our evening shift team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Assist with mealtime setup, feeding, and hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Accurately document care provided and communicate with team members
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active PSS certification (preferred; willingness to train the right candidate may be considered)
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance, including rotating weekends
