This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Plano, TX. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and brand awareness. Responsibilities include market research and analysis, identifying target audiences, managing marketing campaigns, and fostering customer engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop sales strategies, track marketing performance, and support the execution of corporate initiatives to drive new business opportunities.
- Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management, including planning, execution, and optimization
- Strong competency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and identifying emerging trends
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Experience with Brand Development, Product Positioning, and Marketing Content Creation
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
