K-4 Literacy Interventionist - Christ the King School, Richland
Salary: $35,660 - $67,213 (Competitive salary based on education and experience)
Christ the King School in Richland is seeking a K-4 Literacy Interventionist. The Literacy Interventionist provides targeted literacy support to students who require additional instruction to develop foundational literacy skills. Working closely with classroom teachers, the Literacy Interventionist uses evidence-based instructional practices to identify student needs, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and help students achieve grade-level reading and writing proficiency. The interventionist supports the school's mission by fostering a positive learning environment that promotes academic growth, confidence, and a love of reading.

Employees are able to enroll in our diocesan 403(b) plan. Employees will also receive sick leave, vacation time based on years of service as well as paid holidays. 403(B) Eligibility: Employees are eligible to participate in this employer paid tax favored retirement plan if they are age 21, and have worked for the Diocese of Yakima for 12 consecutive months, and worked 1000 hours in each 12-month period.
