We are looking for a teacher who fulfills these qualifications: - Experience in working collaboratively within a dual-grade level team; prior experience in using data to promote student skill growth is highly desirable- Experience teaching within a team dynamic- Current experience in using balanced literacy instructional practices preferred; familiarity with Great Minds Wit and Wisdom curriculum highly desirable- Prior experience in using personalized learning for instructional differentiation with learners who need guided support, enrichment, and academic expansion through project based learning- A contagious love for teaching, children, and nurturing students natural curiosity, instilling in them a lifelong passion for learning.- Practicing Catholic, or ability to impart Catholic faith-based instruction to children - Self-reflectiveness, humility, and an eagerness to continually improve ones practice.
