Kindergarten Readiness Teacher Holy Trinity Catholic School – Pierz, MN Full-Time Reports To: Administrator Job Summary: This position will plan, implement, and supervise developmentally appropriate activities that support each child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Foster safe, nurturing, and well-organized classroom environment, utilizing effective child guidance strategies, individualized instruction, and ongoing assessment to meet the diverse needs of all learners Maintains strong, professional communication with families Ensures compliance with all health and safety policies Provides leadership to classroom assistants while supporting overall program goals and philosophy Job Qualifications and Skills: Education DCYF qualified or ability to meet qualifications CPR and First Aid Certified or ability to be certified prior to start date Experience Previous experience in childcare Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong commitment to Catholic education Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional best practices Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
