Position: Entry-Level Banquet Kitchen Staff

Location: Aldrich Mansion - Warwick, RI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

The Aldrich Mansion is seeking a motivated individual to join our Banquet Kitchen team in an entry-level role as a Banquet Prep Cook. In this position, you will play a crucial part in preparing and serving high-quality meals for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements.
• Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen area.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and contribute positively as part of a team.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic food service practices and cooking techniques.
• Experience in a catering or banquet kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely handle kitchen knives and cooking utensils.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on various kitchen equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused attitude.
