San Carlos Catholic School community is seeking a dedicated, creative, and faith-filled teacher for the 2026-2027 school year to serve in a lower school classroom. The ideal candidate is an educational leader who integrates Catholic values into all aspects of the classroom environment and supports the spiritual, academic, and social-emotional growth of every student. Key Responsibilities Instructional Excellence: Design and implement rigorous, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Diocesan standards and best practices in teaching. Faith Formation: Model Gospel values through daily interactions, lead classroom prayer, and assist in preparing students for school-wide liturgies and religious activities. Classroom Management: Cultivate a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging and respects each child's dignity. Collaboration: Partner effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration to support the school’s mission and student success. Professional Growth: Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and diocesan in-services to continuously enhance instructional skills. Science of Reading training is welcome or a willingness to be trained at an Educator Level by the school.
