What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grade 3 Teacher position at Diocese of Dallas Schools?
In anticipation of future openings, the Catholic schools of the Diocese of Dallas are seeking interested, qualified teachers who are able to teach a variety of courses and secondary grade levels. The potential positions will be for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
Job Requirements:
The candidate will be a dedicated professional who understands the joys and demands of teaching, with at least two years’ teaching experience (preferred). Teachers are expected to develop daily lessons that meet the goals of the classes, complete grading, maintain an advisory group and lead advisory group meetings, as well as perform all basic administrative duties (ex. maintain attendance records, accurate grade book, comment writing).
Education/Experience Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in teaching content area or a related field from an accredited university. A valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for the subject and level assigned is preferred. The candidate must have strong interpersonal communications skills and solid technology skills for use in instructional and professional tasks.
