What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Assistant - Learning Resource position at Diocese of Arlington Catholic Schools?
Saint James Catholic School is seeking a qualified instructional aide who will work with students with Intellectual or other Developmental Disabilities in the traditional classroom. The instructional assistant will work closely with the classroom and Resource teachers to provide indiviual and small group support.
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing in-class support to the teacher and students
- Experience as an instructional assistant to students with Intellectual or other Developmental Disabilities (preferred not required)
- A desire to help students grow in virtue, service, and academic excellence
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
