Dint is building one of the world's first AI-powered lifestyle super apps, bringing together artificial intelligence, messaging, payments, creator tools, hospitality, local commerce, business listings, and marketplace services into one intelligent platform.
The product is live, generating revenue, and growing. We are now preparing for our first institutional fundraising round and are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO to work directly with the Founder & CEO during this pivotal stage.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the financial strategy of a high-growth technology company from the ground up, build a world-class fundraising process, and play a key role in the company's long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Build an investor-ready financial model and long-term financial forecasts.
- Help define our fundraising strategy, capital requirements, and financing roadmap.
- Advise on valuation, capitalization, and fundraising structure.
- Prepare investor materials, financial projections, and due diligence documentation.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive financial reporting.
- Participate in investor meetings and fundraising discussions.
- Help establish scalable financial processes and controls.
- Advise the Founder & CEO on strategic financial decisions and company growth.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a CFO or Fractional CFO within a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience raising Seed, Series A, or later-stage venture capital.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
- Deep understanding of venture capital, fundraising, startup finance, and investor relations.
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
