Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for litigation associates in our San Diego, CA office. Candidates must have 2-5 years of litigation experience. Applicants are sought who have progressive experience in all aspects of litigation, which may include routine court appearances, experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling routine and/or complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for mediation and/or trial, evidentiary hearing and/or trial experience, researching and drafting briefs and motions.
All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. A license to practice in California and familiarity with the California court system is required. The base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $210,000 and up to $40,000 in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
