Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for mid-level litigation Associates in our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of four years of litigation experience, including experience preparing pleadings and motions, arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. This role will require the ability to develop and implement case strategy and interact with clients directly on a regular basis. Familiarity with federal practice and AAA/JAMS arbitration is a plus. One of the opportunities available would specifically be with our construction litigation group and construction experience is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
A license to practice in Pennsylvania is required, and admission to Pennsylvania federal courts is preferred.
