Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a mid-level Corporate Associate in our Huntington, WV office. Candidates must have a minimum of four years of experience with middle market mergers and acquisitions, finance matters, partnership and LLC formations, corporate governance, and general corporate work such as contract drafting and advising clients in other general business matters. Specific transactional experience and experience in securities matters, as well as a general familiarity with basic tax concepts, would be a plus.
A license to practice in West Virginia is required. Out-of-state candidates who are eligible for admission in West Virginia will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact, leading deal teams, and handling all aspects of complex transactions for clients of all sizes and across industries.
